Dolce Vita Return Policy:

 

Thank you for shopping with Dolce Vita leather and fashions.  We hope that the item(s) you purchased fit to your liking.  In any case that it might not, we do take returns within 14 days of receiving the shipment.   If you want to return any purchased item, the item must be unworn, and in original condition.  Please upon receiving purchased goods, open immediately and try on in the original condition, with all tags still on.  If you do wish to return the item after that, it must be shipped at the expense of the customer, in original condition, with tags still on the garment(s), as the item(s) must be restocked for sale.  

On purchased shoe, please try shoe upon arrival, on the soft carpeted floor.  Hard surfaces can and will scratch the sole of the shoe, making it appear worn, and any shoes returned in that manner will be assumed as worn shoes.  We are happy to refund any shoe purchase, just please return the item in original condition, in original box, and with original dust covers if applicable.  

Returns on Sales and Clearance Items:

 

Any Item with "Final Sale" Tag is not returnable or refundable.  The "final sale" tag is an indication that this item is not available for returns, please consider that for any purchases of "final Sale" tagged item.  Sales and Clearance items that do not have a "Final Sale" tag are returnable and follow the same return procedure. 

 

Shipping:

Any and all purchases will be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.  Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days.  All purchases come with free standard shipping.  All orders above $100 will come with signature confirmation to ensure it reaches its intended destination.  Arrival dates may vary based on location.  An automated email with tracking will be sent upon completion of shipping for customers' reference.   Any item that needs return shipping, is at the expense of the buyer.

Availability:

All sales are subject to availability.  We update inventory daily basis, however, if the item(s) sold is unavailable, the customer will be notified of its unavailability and a full refund will be applied with the cancellation of the order.  

Cancellations:

If a cancellation is required, please contact us immediately to notify us that you wish to cancel your order.  The notification of the desire to cancel an order must happen before the shipment is purchased for that order.   Once the shipment is purchased, cancellations are past the time frame of execution.  At this point, it will be treated as a return.
